Happy .St. Paddy's Day

March 17th is all about traditions for us. We have my Mom & Dad's anniversary, corned beef and cabbage dinners, the Saint Baldricks fundraiser, parades and adult beverages! Due to changing times, however, (and my lack of cooking skills) we had to make a few adjustments to this year's agenda. Take a look...
